Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as indicated on the product page.
Estimated delivery takes 7-10 business days.
No shipments or deliveries are scheduled on weekends or public holidays.
During peak order periods, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow extra shipping time. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will update within 48 hours.
If no updates appear within 10 business days, contact service@solupup.com.

Primary carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.

Delivery Areas
Solupup orders ship only to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding islands and overseas territories).
Delivery Notes
Ensure all provided shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for any losses (including lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise compromised packages) resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping details.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damage Handling
If you receive damaged merchandise, contact Solupup Customer Service within 7 business days: service@solupup.com.
We are not responsible for carrier-related losses (including lost packages, damaged packaging, delays, or other damages). However, we will assist you in contacting the relevant carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as these may be required for filing a claim with the logistics company.
