C300 Safe Use Guide
Solupup C300 is designed as Personal Power: lightweight, backpack-size power for everyday devices and real-life mobility.
But every power product should be used with care.
This safe use guide explains how to think about C300 safely, what to check before use, and when a larger power station may be the better choice. It is not a replacement for the official Solupup C300 user manual or product specifications. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions first.(Please refer to the C300 Specifications Guide)
Start With the Device You Want to Power
Safe use starts before you plug anything in.
Before using C300, check three things:
- What device are you powering?
- How much wattage does that device require?
- Is that device within the verified C300 specifications?
This matters because not every device belongs on a lightweight Personal Power unit. Phones, laptops, tablets, cameras, small lights, speakers, and similar everyday devices are the natural fit for C300 when they stay within verified specs.
High-wattage appliances are different. Electric heaters, microwaves, hair dryers, large refrigerators, heavy tools, and RV appliance systems may require a larger power station or a different power setup.
The safest rule is simple: match the device to the specification, not the wish.
Use C300 for the Right Scenarios
C300 is built for frequent, practical, everyday power moments.
Good-fit scenarios include:
- Remote work from a desk, cafe, or shared space
- Laptop and phone charging away from a wall outlet
- Road trips and car-based routines
- Picnics, parks, patios, and light outdoor use
- Camera, speaker, tablet, and small-device charging
- Market stalls and pop-up setups within verified power needs
These are the moments where Personal Power makes sense: power that stays close, moves easily, and supports the everyday 90%.
C300 is not positioned for extreme camping, whole-home backup, high-wattage appliance power, or long-term off-grid survival.
Keep Charging Simple and Careful
Charging habits matter for lithium-ion battery products.
Use the charging method recommended by Solupup. Keep the device on a flat, stable, dry surface. Avoid charging on soft surfaces that trap heat, such as beds, couches, blankets, or pillows.
When charging or using C300, keep the area clear and ventilated. Do not cover the unit. Do not place it next to flammable materials. Do not charge in direct sunlight or in a hot vehicle.
Official battery safety guidance from fire and consumer safety organizations commonly emphasizes following manufacturer instructions, using appropriate chargers, avoiding extreme temperatures, and watching for warning signs.
Watch the Environment
C300 is made for mobility, but mobility does not mean careless use.
Avoid:
- Rain, water, moisture, or wet surfaces
- Excessive heat or direct sunlight
- Freezing or extreme cold conditions
- Dusty, unstable, or blocked ventilation areas
- Stacking heavy items on top of the unit
- Leaving the product where children can tamper with ports or cables
If you use C300 outdoors, treat it as light outdoor power, not rugged extreme-camping equipment. Keep it dry, stable, shaded when needed, and within the operating conditions listed in the official product documentation.
Do Not Modify the Product
Never open, modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the battery system yourself.
Lithium-ion battery products are designed as systems. The battery, charging controls, protection circuits, ports, and enclosure work together. Modifying one part can create safety risks.
If C300 appears damaged, behaves abnormally, or does not charge or discharge as expected, stop using it and contact Solupup support or the authorized service channel.
Warning Signs to Take Seriously
Stop using C300 if you notice:
- Unusual odor
- Excessive heat
- Swelling or shape change
- Leaking
- Smoke
- Sparks
- Crackling, popping, or unusual sounds
- Visible damage after impact or exposure to water
If it is safe to do so, move the product away from anything that can burn. If there is fire, smoke, or immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services.
Do not keep using a battery product that shows warning signs.
Storage Tips
When C300 is not in use, store it in a dry, room-temperature location away from direct sunlight, moisture, flammable materials, and heavy objects.
Do not store it in a hot car for long periods. Do not store it outdoors. Do not place it where it can fall, be crushed, or be exposed to liquids.
If you plan to store C300 for a longer period, follow the storage guidance in the official manual. Battery products often have recommended storage charge levels and check-in intervals, and the product manual should be the source of truth.
Travel and Transport
Because battery travel rules can vary by airline, carrier, region, and battery rating, always check current transport rules before flying or shipping C300.
Do not assume every battery product can be taken in checked luggage or shipped without restrictions. Review the official C300 specifications and the transport provider’s battery policy before travel.
When to Choose a Larger Station
Safe use also means choosing the right product for the job.
Choose a larger power station if your main need is:
- High-wattage appliance power
- RV equipment
- Heavy tools
- Extended emergency backup
- Whole-home or large-load power
C300 is Personal Power. Its strength is mobility, everyday usefulness, and right-sized power for common devices. It should not be forced into use cases it was not designed for.
Final Safety Checklist
Before using C300, ask:
- Is my device within verified C300 specifications?
- Is the unit dry, stable, uncovered, and ventilated?
- Am I using the recommended charging method?
- Am I avoiding heat, moisture, and flammable surroundings?
- Is the product free from damage, swelling, odor, or unusual heat?
- Am I using C300 for everyday Personal Power rather than high-wattage appliance backup?
If the answer is yes, you are using C300 the way Personal Power is meant to work: close, practical, and right-sized for everyday life.
